OPERATION GET SHIT DONE™ SPRINT
You know what you want your business to do and how you want your clients to experience it.
You just don't want to be the person responsible for figuring out how every moving part gets built, connected, and implemented.
You want to hand the vision to someone who understands business well enough to see what you mean, think through what you missed, and make it work better than you imagined it.
That is Operation Get Shit Done™ Sprint.
A focused, 14 day implementation engagement where you hand me one clearly defined operational priority, and I take it from vision to working reality.
You bring me the vision.
I get the moving parts working.
You stop carrying the implementation.

The luxury is knowing it’s handled.

You see opportunities to improve the client experience, make the business run better, simplify how things get done, create something new, or finally build the thing you've been thinking about for months.
But every good idea eventually becomes another project you have to implement.
You have to figure out what needs to happen, how the pieces connect, what could fall through the cracks, and how to make it all work without creating another problem somewhere else.
Someone who can think through the details, anticipate what you may not have considered, connect the moving parts, and make it functional.
That gives you more capacity to stay focused on the work that actually requires your expertise, relationships, creativity, leadership, and vision.
And the things that need to be built?
You should be able to communicate the outcome you want and trust the person you've handed it to to figure out how to get there.
So you can focus on what you do best while the rest gets handled.
You know what you want the business to do and how you want your clients to experience it.
Knowing what you want to happen does not automatically mean you know how to build what makes it happen.
For some entrepreneurs, you could figure it out. You have before. But every new idea becomes another project to research, build, connect, test, troubleshoot, and implement.
You don't want to keep doing that.
For others, this simply isn't your wheelhouse.
You don't know how to translate what you see in your head into the workflows, technology, automation, communication, and processes required to make it work.
And quite frankly, you don't want to learn.
Either way, the result is the same.
You spend your time figuring it out yourself, or it sits unfinished while you continue working around it.
You manually handle what should already be happening.
You tolerate unnecessary back and forth.
You keep saying, “I need to get that done,” every time the problem shows up again.
And eventually, things start falling through the cracks.
There is a difference between delegating tasks and delegating an outcome.
You need someone who can understand what you're trying to accomplish, anticipate what you haven't considered, pull the right pieces together, and make it work without requiring you to architect every detail first.
Whether you don't know how to implement it or simply don't want to anymore, you should be able to hand the right person the outcome and trust them to take it from there.
Operation Get Shit Done™ Sprint is a focused 14 day implementation engagement for service based entrepreneurs who have a clearly defined outcome they want to create and need someone capable of bringing the moving parts together.
You may know exactly what you want.
Or you may know what you want the outcome to be without knowing what needs to happen behind the scenes to create it.
That's where I come in.
You tell me what you're trying to accomplish, what you want to happen differently, and what you want to stop personally managing when we're finished.
I determine what already exists, what needs to connect, what needs to be built or simplified, how technology should be leveraged, and what you may not have considered.
You're not hiring me to wait for instructions.
To understand the outcome, connect the dots, anticipate gaps, make sound operational decisions, and turn what you envision into something that actually works inside your business.
We choose one clearly defined operational priority and get it implemented properly.
There is a difference between completing a task and taking ownership of an outcome.
Implementation requires judgment.
Technology has limitations.
Processes that make sense on paper can create friction in practice.
Something you thought you needed may be unnecessary.
And there are often things you didn't know needed to be considered.
That's where discernment matters.
I've spent more than a decade helping entrepreneurs translate what they envision into something functional inside their businesses.
I understand how operations, workflows, technology, client experience, communication, automation, and business strategy affect one another.
So I don't blindly build what you ask me to build.
If there's a better way, I'll tell you.
If your idea creates a problem somewhere else, I'll catch it.
If the technology doesn't make sense, I won't force it.
If something should remain human, I won't automate it.
If the solution can be simpler, I'll simplify it.
If something could affect the outcome, I'm not waiting for you to know enough to ask me about it.
You don't need perfect instructions or technical expertise to work with me.
You bring me what you want to happen.
I take it from there.
Before we begin, you'll complete a detailed Sprint intake covering your business, the outcome you're trying to create, what's happening now, and what you want to be different when we're finished.
Tell me what you need the business to be able to do.
During our private kickoff session, we walk through your vision, what already exists, how it needs to function, and what needs to be considered before implementation begins.
Then we define the scope and what a successful Sprint looks like.
You leave knowing exactly what I'm taking off your hands.
I determine what needs to happen behind the scenes to create the outcome we've agreed on.
I evaluate the existing process, determine what needs to connect, simplify what doesn't need to be there, identify how technology should be leveraged, and make the operational decisions required to move the project forward.
If I need access, information, feedback, or a decision from you, I'll ask.
Otherwise, I work.
Over the 14 day Sprint, I implement the approved solution.
Depending on the project, that may include building, configuring, connecting, organizing, automating, documenting, streamlining, writing, testing, or refining what is necessary to make it work.
You'll have visibility through Basecamp, with Loom walkthroughs used when needed.
Once implementation is complete, we meet for a final review.
I'll walk you through what was built, how it works, what changed, and anything you need to know moving forward.
You leave with the thing you hired me to handle, handled.
I'm Wendy Nicole Anderson, Business Systems Strategist and Executive Advisor.
I don't measure a business by revenue alone. I look at how it's built.
For more than a decade, I've worked with service-based entrepreneurs to identify what success can make surprisingly easy to overlook: the way the business actually operates.
01 How decisions are made.
02 How work moves.
03 Where capacity is being lost.
04 Where opportunity is leaking.
05 Where the founder has quietly become the infrastructure.
06 Where the client experience is carrying unnecessary friction.
07 Where the entrepreneur has quietly become responsible for holding everything together.
Because revenue can tell me that a business is successful.
It cannot tell me whether that success is sustainable.
Every business decision is also a lifestyle decision.
My work is about understanding what the business requires now, what it will require next, and designing the operational infrastructure to support both.
The greatest transformation isn't simply generating more revenue.
It's building a business that can support the success you've worked so hard to create.

Every Operation Get Shit Done™ Sprint is built around one clearly defined operational outcome.
Depending on what you need handled, we may build or improve your onboarding, client experience, workflows, automation, scheduling, payments, follow up, backend organization, or another operational project that needs to get across the finish line.
Your Sprint includes:
A private kickoff session
14 days of focused implementation
Basecamp project communication
Loom walkthroughs as needed
Testing and refinement
A private final review
And when we're finished, you have one less thing depending on you.
One less unfinished project.
One less workaround.
One less place for something to fall through the cracks.
And one more part of your business operating the way you envisioned it.
You delegated the outcome.
It got handled.
You know the thing.
The project you keep moving to next week.
The process you keep working around.
The improvement you keep saying you'll get to when things slow down.
The part of the business that would work better if somebody would just finish the damn thing.
This is your opportunity to stop carrying it.
Choose the priority.
Hand it over.
And let it get done.
