Meet Wendy

I didn't build this business because I wanted to become an entrepreneur. I built it because I had a vision for my life, and I was willing to bet on myself to create it.

Long before I became a business strategist, I was developing skills that would eventually become the foundation of everything I do today. Sales. Communication. Relationship building. Problem solving. Positioning. Understanding how people make decisions.

I learned how to identify opportunities.

I learned how to create value.

I learned how to communicate solutions.

Most importantly, I learned how to execute.

I grew up in a blue collar family in rural Arkansas.

Later, I moved to Atlanta because I had always dreamed of living in a Black mecca, surrounded by ambition, opportunity, culture, and possibility.

Like many people, I pursued a corporate career.
But if I'm being honest, I never felt called to corporate life.

I was existing.

Not thriving.

Not creating.

Not building.

Just existing.

Then I discovered entrepreneurship and personal development.

For the first time, I realized there were people intentionally designing their lives instead of simply accepting whatever life handed them.

That fascinated me.

At first, I thought I wanted to become a life coach.

Then I realized something.

I'm not warm and fuzzy.

I'm a consultant.

I'm a strategist.

I'm an operator by nature.

I'm the person people call when something isn't working, when something feels heavy, when growth has stalled, when the vision is clear but the execution isn't.

I've always been fascinated by how people think, how businesses function, and why some people create extraordinary results while others remain trapped in the same cycles year after year.

But my biggest transformation happened when I became a mother.

Very early on, I realized I would likely be raising my boys on my own.

That realization forced me to get serious about the life I wanted to create.

I understood that if I wanted to fulfill my vision, I was going to have to build it myself.

So I did.

I learned how to build systems.

I learned how to leverage technology.

I learned how to create opportunities instead of waiting for them.

I learned how to make my business work for my life instead of allowing my life to revolve around my business.

I refused to believe I had to choose between motherhood and ambition.

I refused to believe I had to choose between building a successful business and being present for my children.

I refused to believe single motherhood automatically meant limitations.

So I built a business that made room for both.

I've been self employed since 2013.

I've been profitable since 2015.

I've raised two boys while building a company.

I've had a full time nanny since becoming a mother because I understood early that support was not a luxury, it was infrastructure.

We've traveled to Italy, Spain, Mexico, and the Bahamas.

My boys have had swim lessons, karate, tutors, family adventures, and opportunities that continue to shape who they are becoming.

Every quarter we travel.

Every week I prioritize family.

Every season I make intentional decisions about what matters most.

Not because life magically worked itself out.

Because I designed it that way.

What many people perceived as balance was actually structure.

What looked like juggling everything was actually systems.

The reason I could show up for clients, raise my children, travel, build a business, maintain relationships, and continue growing wasn't because I had more hours in the day.

It was because I learned how to build systems that allowed my business to support my life.

That philosophy eventually became the foundation of the work I do today.

Why clients hire me?

Over the years, I've helped entrepreneurs uncover hidden opportunities, strengthen their positioning, improve client experiences, and build businesses capable of supporting the lives they actually want to live..

I've helped a client generate more than $21,000 in seven days by repositioning existing assets into revenue generating offers.

I've helped another client secure a six-figure consulting contract after completely repositioning her expertise and helping her communicate her value to decision makers with one email, one conversation, and one strategic shift.

I've helped business owners move from inconsistent revenue to daily sales.

I've helped entrepreneurs identify the intellectual property hidden inside their experience and build businesses around their strengths instead of trying to be everything to everybody.

I've helped founders who were overwhelmed, burned out, and ready to quit create structure, regain clarity, and move forward with confidence..

Because most businesses aren't struggling because the owner lacks talent.

Most businesses are struggling because the infrastructure behind the vision was never built.

The positioning isn't clear.

The offers aren't structured properly.

The client experience is inconsistent.

The systems don't exist.

The founder is carrying responsibilities the business should be carrying.

That's the work I love.

Helping entrepreneurs build the business behind the vision.

Not simply a business that generates revenue.

A business that supports their life.

Because after more than a decade in entrepreneurship, I've learned something most people rarely talk about.

Most people understand ambition when it's attached to survival.

Very few understand ambition after success.

The grief that comes with accomplishing goals you once prayed for while still feeling called toward something bigger.

The loneliness of outgrowing versions of yourself that worked incredibly hard to get you where you are.

The realization that you can love your life, be proud of what you've built, and still want more.

More alignment.

More freedom.

More impact.

More connection.

More expansion.

Not because you're ungrateful.

Because you're still growing.

I know that feeling intimately.

I love my children.

I love my life.

I'm proud of what I've built.

And I'm still becoming.

Ready to take the next step?

Let's identify what's creating pressure, what's slowing growth, and what needs to happen next so your business can support the life you're trying to build.
